Office Boy - Islamabad

Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Office Support Staff member to assist in maintaining smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate is proactive, respectful, and capable of handling a variety of routine tasks with efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance work, including basic electrical, plumbing, and general repairs.
• Maintain cleanliness across the office, including furniture, kitchen, washrooms, and shared areas.
• Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and refreshments for staff and visitors.
• Organize and manage office supplies such as stationery and kitchen items.
• Assist with printing, scanning, photocopying, and handling internal document deliveries.
• Ensure the office is cleaned and set up every morning and properly locked and secured at closing time.
• Welcome and assist visitors, run office errands, and support staff with daily operational tasks.

Requirements:

• Matric or Intermediate preferred.
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not mandatory.
• Physically fit and capable of performing cleaning and manual duties.
• Polite, cooperative, and willing to assist the team as needed.
• Honest, dependable, and committed to fulfilling responsibilities.
