📍 G-11 Markaz, Islamabad


We are seeking a presentable and professional Receptionist (F) to join our Islamabad office. The ideal candidate will manage front-desk operations, welcome visitors, handle calls, and support administrative tasks. This role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a professional demeanor.


Key Responsibilities:

- Manage front-desk activities, including greeting visitors and answering phone calls

- Direct inquiries to appropriate departments and schedule appointments

- Maintain visitor logs and ensure office security protocols are followed

- Perform clerical duties such as filing, record keeping, and document handling

- Support administrative operations and assist with daily office tasks

- Maintain a neat and organized reception area to ensure a professional company image


Requirements:

- Minimum Bachelor’s degree

- Must be presentable and well-groomed

- Good verbal and written communication skills

- Minimum 1 years of relevant experience in reception, administration, or customer service

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
