Office boy/cleaner

Providential Properties Management is seeking a reliable, hardworking, and well-organized Office Boy / Cleaner to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness in the office, supporting daily administrative operations, and ensuring a professional and welcoming environment for employees and visitors. We are looking for someone who is proactive, dedicated, and able to handle tasks efficiently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across all office areas, including desks, meeting rooms, reception, and pantry.
• Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and guests.
• Assist with basic administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, filing, and document delivery.
• Ensure office supplies and pantry items are stocked and report shortages when needed.
• Support the HR and Admin team with day-to-day tasks as assigned.
• Handle minor office maintenance issues or report them to the concerned department.
• Maintain a neat personal appearance and uphold the company’s professional standards.

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience as an office boy, cleaner, or similar role (preferred but not mandatory).
• Ability to communicate in basic English.
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and reliability.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision.
• Must be currently available in the UAE.
