Job Purpose:

To maintain a clean, hygienic, and presentable office environment that reflects the professional standards of a leading real estate company. The Office Cleaner will be responsible for ensuring all office areas, including client-facing spaces, are impeccably maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Daily Cleaning & Maintenance:

  • Perform daily cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting all office areas (workstations, meeting rooms, pantries, and lobbies).
  • Clean and sanitize restrooms throughout the day, ensuring they are fully stocked with necessary supplies (soap, toilet paper, towels).
  • Empty all trash and recycling bins regularly.

2. Client-Facing Area Upkeep:

  • Pay special attention to the reception area, meeting rooms, and display sections to ensure they are always guest-ready and create a positive first impression.
  • Clean glass doors, windows, and other visible surfaces to maintain a spotless appearance.

3. Supply & Inventory Management:

  • Monitor and report low levels of cleaning supplies and restroom amenities.
  • Inform the line manager when supplies need to be replenished.

4. Additional Duties:

  • Assist with minor tidying tasks and setting up meeting rooms as requested.
  • Report any maintenance issues (e.g., leaky taps, broken furniture) to the concerned manager.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience: Prior experience as an office cleaner, housekeeper, or attendant is preferred.
  • Physical Fitness: Ability to perform physical tasks, including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
  • Traits:
    Honesty & Trustworthiness:
    Essential for working in an office environment.
    Attention to Detail: A keen eye for cleanliness and order.
    Reliability: Punctual and dependable.
  • Language: Basic understanding of English or a language spoken by the supervising staff is beneficial.
