To join our legal practice, we are looking for an organized and meticulous office clerk. The Office Clerk will assist our legal team by carrying out a variety of secretarial and administrative duties. The ideal applicant should be able to work both independently and collaboratively, have a good work ethic, and communicate well.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and organize physical and digital filing systems.
  • Prepare and modify documents, including correspondence, memos, and legal documents.
  • Proofread documents for accuracy and completeness.
  • Perform data entry tasks and update databases and spreadsheets as needed.
  • Assist with billing and invoicing processes.
  • Order and maintain office supplies.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity and discretion.
  • Provide general administrative support to the legal team as requested.
  • The candidate is required to report to the office at 8.30 AM and be available until 9 PM.
  • The candidate is required to be available on weekends.
  • The candidate, if selected, is required to relocate within 2 KM radius of the office.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • R. T. Nagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

  • Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)

Experience:

  • total work: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

  • English, Kannada (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

  • 75% (Required)
