Alfa Home Health and Hospice is seeking a reliable and professional Administrative Clerk to support daily operations and help keep our home health/hospice services coordinated.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls and inquiries professionally
- Assist with patient intake, scheduling, and follow-up
- Maintain accurate records and electronic documentation
- Process referrals; coordinate with hospitals, physicians, facilities
- Provide general office support to field and management staff
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (office/medical training preferred)
- 1+ year administrative or healthcare office experience preferred
- Strong computer skills and multitasking ability
- Excellent communication and professionalism
Monday to Friday
8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Work Location: In person
