Our client is a mobile diagnostic imaging provider delivering on-site radiology services to healthcare facilities, focused on responsive service and efficient field operations. They are searching for an Assistant Office Manager to join their team ASAP!


Salary

$20-23/hour + medical insurance


Job Summary

Our client is is seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Office Coordinator to help manage daily administrative and operational activities. This position works closely with leadership to ensure smooth office functionality while supporting the rollout and optimization of internal systems.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist leadership with day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks
  • Coordinate scheduling and logistics for field staff and company resources
  • Support implementation and ongoing maintenance of internal tools and workflows
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation
  • Act as a communication hub between internal teams and management
  • Troubleshoot basic system or technology issues as needed
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency


Qualifications:

  • Strong computer skills with the ability to quickly learn new systems
  • Previous experience in an administrative, office support, or coordination role preferred
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Valid driver’s license required,
