We are looking for a dedicated and organized Office Coordinator to join our tourism company. The ideal candidate should be able to handle office operations efficiently, support daily tasks, and ensure smooth workflow during day or night shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and bookings
  • Coordinate with internal teams and tour staff
  • Maintain office records and documentation
  • Prepare reports and assist with administrative tasks

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in administration or office coordination
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to work in day or night shifts

  • Must be reliable, proactive, and well-presented
