We are looking for a reliable and well-organized Office Assistant to support daily office operations in our company. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of experience, preferably within the UAE, and be able to maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support daily office operations and administrative tasks
  • Ensure a professional and welcoming office environment
  • Prepare and serve tea and coffee for staff and clients
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the office, including meeting rooms and pantry
  • Assist with basic administrative tasks, such as photocopying, filing, and scanning documents

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
  • Well-organized, reliable, and professional
  • Good communication and time-management skills
  • Candidates must hold a valid UAE residence visa (own visa)
