Office & Interdepartmental Coordinator cum MIS Executive – Real Estate (UAE)

Job Summary

The Office & Interdepartmental Coordinator cum MIS Executive will be responsible for coordinating between internal departments (Sales, CRM, Marketing, Site Operations, Finance, and Channel Partners) while ensuring accurate and timely preparation of MIS reports. The role focuses on daily operations support, performance reporting, database management, and assisting management with dashboards and presentation reports.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

1) Office & Interdepartmental Coordination

Coordinate daily operations and communication between Sales, Site, CRM, Marketing, Finance, and Channel Partner teams.

Ensure smooth workflow and timely updates across departments.

Support in scheduling follow-ups, inter-team reporting, and status updates.

Maintain proper coordination for approvals, documentation, and correspondence.

2) MIS Reporting & Data Management

Prepare, update, and maintain MIS reports for:

Sales performance

Bookings & cancellations

Inventory / unit availability

Collections and outstanding payments

Walk-ins, leads, and conversions

Share daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports with management and stakeholders.

Track project-wise / site-wise performance and highlight deviations, discrepancies, and gaps.

Maintain accurate databases in Excel / ERP / CRM systems, ensuring regular updates and validation.

3) Sales Documentation & Support

Assist sales team with:

Agreement coordination & documentation tracking

Demand letters and payment follow-ups

Sales support documents and internal reporting requirements

Ensure all sales-related records are maintained systematically and available when required.

4) Finance & Collection Coordination

Coordinate with the Finance team to track:

Collection updates and payment schedules

Outstanding status and follow-up requirements

Reconciliation support and reporting

Ensure correct alignment between sales records and finance records.

5) Reporting Accuracy & Record Maintenance

Ensure:

Timely submission of reports

High accuracy of data and MIS numbers

Proper record filing (soft + hard copies)

Maintain structured filing of approvals, reports, correspondence, and project documentation.

6) Dashboards & Management Support

Assist in preparation of:

Management dashboards and review reports

Presentation reports for leadership meetings

Performance analysis and trend reports

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education

Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred)

Experience

1–4 years experience in MIS and coordination role

UAE Real estate experience preferred

Technical Skills

Strong command of MS Excel including:

VLOOKUP / HLOOKUP

Pivot Tables

Report formatting and data consolidation

Working knowledge of CRM/ERP systems (Sales CRM preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
