Are you an experienced Office Manager with a passion for creating welcoming, professional, and well-run environments? Join our team at Maximus KSA and play a key role in ensuring the smooth operations of our site offices.

As an Office Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our branch operations, making sure beneficiaries feel welcomed, facilities are maintained to the highest standard, and teams are supported to deliver exceptional service every day.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support office staff, including administrators, assistants, and cleaners.
  • Ensure beneficiaries receive excellent customer service from the moment they arrive.
  • Oversee daily timetables for assessments, training, and events.
  • Coordinate meetings, conferences, and branch activities.
  • Manage facilities, office supplies, vendors, and service providers.
  • Liaise with IT, Finance, and Marketing teams to ensure smooth branch operations.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies, health & safety standards, and safeguarding procedures.
  • Foster a culture of professionalism, teamwork, and continuous improvement.


What We’re Looking For

  • Education : Minimum Diploma in Business Administration (or related field).
  • Experience : Proven track record as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role. Experience in reception and facilities management is essential.
  • Skills :
  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Advanced MS Office skills (especially Excel).
  • Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
