The Office Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the office to ensure efficiency, organisation, and smooth workflow. This role involves supervising administrative staff, managing office resources, and supporting management in creating a productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and coordinate daily office operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and record-keeping.
  • Supervise, train, and support administrative staff.
  • Manage office supplies, inventory, and vendor relationships.
  • Ensure office equipment is properly maintained and functioning.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and data analysis as requested.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, calls, and mail.
  • Support HR with onboarding, attendance tracking, and employee record maintenance.
  • Assist in budgeting, expense tracking, and invoice processing.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and professional office environment.
  • Develop and implement office policies and procedures to improve efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Manager, or similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office management software.
  • Knowledge of basic accounting and HR practices is an asset.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Minimum 2-year work experience in same field.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
