  • Manage the Executive Manager’s office, schedule meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Organize correspondence, documents, and databases.
  • Coordinate communication between internal departments and external partners.
  • Follow up on correspondence, shipments, and logistical requirements.
  • Contribute to administrative and financial tasks (invoices, licenses, reports).
  • Support HR activities (job postings, interviews, employee files).
  • Supervise reception and represent the company’s front office.


المتطلبات

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer skills.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills in Arabic and English.
  • Resident in Alexandria.
  • Ready to start immediately.
