Office Manager

A reputable and well-established Pharmaceutical company is actively recruiting an Office Manager for their Riyadh office.

Key aspects of the role include:


  • Provide administrative support to Sales, Marketing & Commercial Team.
  • Manage and organize trips, meetings, conferences (invoices, bookings, tickets, etc.).
  • Oversee office supplies, infrastructure, and suppliers.
  • Manage local vendors' communications.
  • Perform other duties as directed by the Senior Management.


To be successful you will need to meet the following:


  • Proven experience in office/administrative support. Pharmaceutical industry experience is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and multitasking skills.
  • Solid presentation and reporting skills.
