Operations & Licensing Coordinator – Riyad

We are seeking a proactive and resourceful Operations & Licensing Coordinator to support our business expansion in Riyad. This role involves managing regulatory approvals, coordinating with government authorities, contractors, and consultants, and ensuring timely readiness of our industrial facility in the Dammam area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate dealings with MODON and the Ministry of Industries to obtain an Industrial Ready-Built Warehouse in the Dammam area.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and MODON to spearhead fit-out works and ensure facility readiness for manufacturing.
• Liaise with MODON/MOI to secure approvals for manufacturing commencement after fit-out completion.
• Handle documentation and represent the company in dealings with environmental and regulatory departments to obtain Stage 2 and Stage 3 of Industrial Licensing.
• Liaise with “*Made in KSA”* authority to obtain required certifications.
• Oversee administration and security functions of the facility.
• Manage general operations ensuring smooth workflow and compliance with company standards.
• Handle human resources management, including workforce planning, coordination, and compliance with Saudi labor regulations.
• Candidate must have good knowledge of Accounts and Finance.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• 5+ years of experience in operations, licensing, or regulatory coordination, preferably within the generator, power, or energy industry.
• Exposure to sales and technical support in the power/energy sector will be an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi industrial regulations, MODON processes, and licensing procedures.

• Ability to work independently and deliver results under tight timelines.
• Good Finance Knowledge.
• Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).

Candidate Profile

• Preferred Candidate: Based in Saudi Arabia with a valid Iqama (transferable).
