Job Purpose:
The Operations Director is responsible for leading and optimizing the company’s industrial operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and profitability. With over 15 years of proven experience in the industrial sector, the Operations Director will drive strategic initiatives, oversee production performance, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, aligning with the company’s long-term vision and objectives.
Responsibilities

Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity, reduce costs, and ensure high-quality output.

Oversee day-to-day industrial operations, including production, supply chain, logistics, and maintenance.

Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.

Lead continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen) to enhance efficiency and eliminate waste.

Manage budgeting, forecasting, and operational cost control.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, Finance, R&D, Quality Assurance) to align operations with business goals.

Monitor performance metrics and prepare regular reports for executive management.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field (Master’s preferred).

15+ years of experience in industrial operations with at least 7 years in a leadership role.

Proven track record of managing large-scale industrial operations within the core sector.

Strong knowledge of production processes, supply chain management, and quality systems.

Expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.
