​ABOUT THE ROLE

​We are seeking a highly experienced SCADA Plant Manager to oversee the operations, maintenance, and performance of our Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) systems within the plant. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, proven leadership skills, and the ability to manage teams while ensuring maximum plant efficiency and compliance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

​Lead and manage the operation of SCADA systems for plant monitoring, control, and optimization.

​Supervise plant operations to ensure compliance, performance, safety, and regulatory standards.

​Plan, implement, and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance of SCADA equipment and associated control systems.

​Analyze plant performance data, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions to enhance efficiency and reliability.

​Ensure seamless integration of SCADA systems with other plant automation and control technologies.

​Manage and mentor a team of engineers, operators, and technicians.

​Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to achieve operational objectives.

​Prepare reports, budgets, and documentation for management review.
