About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Office Manager to oversee all aspects of office operations and client relations within a prestigious Fintech company offering strong growth potential and promising career returns.


This role requires a confident, proactive, and well-presented professional who combines excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong administrative and business support capabilities. You will be a key representative of the company — managing daily office activities while playing an active role in client engagement and sales support.


Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee day-to-day office operations and administration.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the company, clients, and external partners (suppliers, banks, legal advisors, etc.).
  • Support the sales team by coordinating meetings, preparing materials, attending client meetings, and ensuring timely follow-ups.
  • Maintain professional communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and strong long-term relationships.
  • Handle all office correspondence, documentation, and record-keeping with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Organize company meetings, travel arrangements, and internal events as needed.
  • Monitor office budgets, vendor performance, and operational efficiency.
  • Provide executive-level support to senior management.


Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in office management, executive assistance, or client relations.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills — confident, articulate, and persuasive.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written); Arabic is an advantage.
  • Highly presentable and professional with a positive, engaging personality.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and general office software.
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and capable of handling confidential matters with discretion.
