Office Manager – Lima, Ohio BMV
Pay: $22–$26 per hour (based on experience)
We are seeking a motivated and organized Office Manager to oversee daily operations at the Lima, Ohio BMV location. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage staff while ensuring excellent customer service and compliance with state regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage daily office operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with BMV policies and procedures
· Supervise, train, and support office staff to maintain productivity and high service standards
· Monitor workflow, scheduling, and staffing levels to meet customer demand
· Ensure accurate processing of BMV transactions, records, and documentation
· Handle customer concerns professionally and resolve issues in a timely manner
· Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment
· Track performance metrics and support goals tied to quarterly productivity bonuses
· Communicate effectively with upper management and follow state guidelines
Qualifications:
· Prior management or supervisory experience preferred
· BMV experience is a plus but not required
· Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills
· Excellent communication and customer service abilities
· Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
· Basic computer proficiency and administrative skills
Compensation & Benefits:
· $22–$26 per hour
