Job Summary

The Office Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily administrative operations of the office, ensuring efficiency, organization, and smooth workflow. This role supports management, coordinates office procedures, supervises administrative staff, and ensures compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage daily office operations.
  • Supervise and support administrative staff.
  • Develop and implement office policies and procedures.
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and schedules for management.
  • Handle correspondence (emails, phone calls, official letters).
  • Maintain filing systems (physical and digital records).
  • Assist in budgeting, expense tracking, and basic financial reporting.
  • Liaise with vendors, service providers, and external partners.
  • Ensure office equipment is properly maintained and serviced.
  • Support HR functions such as onboarding, attendance tracking, and employee records.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for management when required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR4,000.00 - QAR6,000.00 per month
