Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Admin Manager to oversee and manage the administrative operations of our organization. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, the ability to manage a team effectively, and proven experience in administrative management. Experience in a service industry environment will be considered an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily administrative operations and ensure smooth office functioning.
  • Lead, supervise, and support the administrative team to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate with different departments to support operational requirements.
  • Manage office facilities, supplies, and vendor relationships.
  • Monitor administrative budgets and control operational expenses.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
  • Handle reporting, documentation, and internal communication.
  • Support senior management with administrative planning and decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in administration or office management.
  • Mandatory experience in handling and managing a team.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Experience in the service industry is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general administrative systems.
