Job Summary:

The Admin Manager will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations of the office, supervising administrative staff, and managing facilities, procurement, and company resources. This role requires a strong sense of organization, excellent communication skills, and prior experience in the ISP or technology sector is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all administrative operations and office management tasks
• Supervise and coordinate the work of administrative staff
• Ensure proper maintenance of office infrastructure and IT equipment
• Manage procurement and inventory of office supplies and equipment
• Maintain and update company records, contracts, and licenses
• Coordinate with HR, Finance, and Technical departments for administrative support
• Organize internal and external meetings, company events, and vendor management
• Develop and implement office policies and procedures
• Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and company regulations
• Manage correspondence, documentation, and filing systems
• Handle travel arrangements and logistics for staff and executives
• Monitor administrative budgets and control operational expenses

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in administrative or office management roles
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to lead a team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
