Admin Manager

Key ResponsibilitiesAdministrative Responsibilities (Primary Focus)

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth administrative processes.
  • Manage facilities, including office maintenance, security, housekeeping, and utilities.
  • Handle vendor management, contracts, and procurement for office and operational needs.
  • Monitor office budgets, cost control, and administrative expenses.
  • Develop and implement policies and SOPs for administration.
  • Supervise administrative staff and ensure productivity and accountability.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, events, and office logistics.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and legal regulations.

IT Responsibilities (Supporting Focus)

  • Oversee basic IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network systems.
  • Coordinate with external IT vendors for support, troubleshooting, and system upgrades.
  • Ensure data security, system backups, and proper IT access control.
  • Support staff with day-to-day IT issues and maintain IT asset inventory.
  • Assist in implementing IT policies and best practices across the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in administration, with exposure to IT management preferred.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic understanding of IT systems, networking, and troubleshooting.
  • Excellent communication and vendor management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
