Key ResponsibilitiesAdministrative Responsibilities (Primary Focus)
- Oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth administrative processes.
- Manage facilities, including office maintenance, security, housekeeping, and utilities.
- Handle vendor management, contracts, and procurement for office and operational needs.
- Monitor office budgets, cost control, and administrative expenses.
- Develop and implement policies and SOPs for administration.
- Supervise administrative staff and ensure productivity and accountability.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, events, and office logistics.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and legal regulations.
IT Responsibilities (Supporting Focus)
- Oversee basic IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network systems.
- Coordinate with external IT vendors for support, troubleshooting, and system upgrades.
- Ensure data security, system backups, and proper IT access control.
- Support staff with day-to-day IT issues and maintain IT asset inventory.
- Assist in implementing IT policies and best practices across the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in administration, with exposure to IT management preferred.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Basic understanding of IT systems, networking, and troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication and vendor management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
