Office Manager

Job description:

Our Mission: Revitalize healthcare by giving independent providers the autonomy,

flexibility, and innovative support to run dynamic practices and deliver great patient care.

We are seeking driven individuals who are curious, self-starters, team players, and most

of all passionate about making changes in the healthcare industry.

This position may require the ability to travel between our other office locations

occasionally.

The Role:

Office Manager:

 Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and

organizational ability

 Provides coverage at front desk

 Manages and owns all activity happening in their office

 Assumes responsibilities for personal work areas and maintaining areas in a

presentable manner

 Experience in a professional office setting or customer service environment,

where good communication and customer relations skills are essential

 Manages the office by tracking inventory and ordering office supplies, collateral,

and other printed materials within the approved budget

 Maintains and updates the office schedule including events, staff schedules and

appointments

 Strong written and verbal communication skills

 Excellent keyboarding and proofreading skills

 Processes invoices and is responsible for maintaining budget performance

spreadsheets

 Managing relations between clients, patients, and MedCoShare

 Flexibility and willingness to learn and perform other tasks to grow the office and

MedCoShare business services.

Experience/Requirements

 Fluency in English

 Maintains a professional appearance at all times

 Attends meetings as requested

 Ability to multitask

 Takes initiative (Driven)

 Technology Savvy (Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suites and Social Media

Platforms)

 Open minded and open to learning new processes

 Willing to be flexible in work tasks as dependent on business need

Preferred

 Background in healthcare, public health, and/or real estate

 Previous client-facing experience

 Fluency in Spanish

 BS in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media or Public Relations

 Administrative degree and minimum two years related work experience or high

school degree and minimum five years related work experience

Travel Frequency: 10%
