The Office & Culture Manager is responsible for creating a seamless, engaging workplace experience while ensuring day-to-day office operations run efficiently. This role sits at the center of the employee experience, supporting both the physical environment and internal culture, while also providing light administrative and systems coordination as the organization scales.

Office Operations & Workplace Experience

Oversee daily office operations, ensuring the space is organized, functional, and well-maintained

Manage vendors, supplies, budget, and workplace services

Maintain office standards, resolve issues proactively, and ensure a safe, secure environment

Support office updates, improvements, or relocations as needed
Culture & Team Experience

Partner with leadership to support and evolve company culture

Plan and execute team events, offsites, and internal initiatives

Create a welcoming onboarding experience for new hires

Foster engagement and connection across a hybrid team
Administrative & Systems Support

Provide administrative support to senior leadership, including scheduling, travel, and expenses

Coordinate team travel and freelancer logistics

Support internal systems, IT coordination, and process improvements
