We are seeking an Office Manager to oversee daily office operations while supporting human resources and light accounting functions for our organization. This role serves as a central point of coordination for staff, vendors, and clients, ensuring the office runs efficiently, financial records are maintained accurately, and employees have the support they need. Responsibilities include managing office logistics, coordinating meetings and events, assisting with recruiting and onboarding, administering employee processes, and handling invoicing, accounts receivable/payable, and expense tracking.
This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable balancing administrative, HR, and financial responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. You’ll work closely with leadership and internal teams to maintain smooth operations, ensure compliance, and create a professional and well-functioning workplace.
