Office Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Office Manager to oversee daily office operations and ensure a smooth, efficient work environment. This role is vital in coordinating administrative functions, managing office systems, and supporting staff to foster productivity and professionalism. Responsibilities

  • Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors, answering multi-line phone systems, and providing excellent customer service
  • Oversee office management tasks such as filing, data entry, calendar management, and maintaining office supplies
  • Coordinate clerical activities including proofreading documents, organizing files, and handling correspondence with attention to detail
  • Support bookkeeping and basic financial recordkeeping using QuickBooks or similar accounting software
  • Maintain professional phone etiquette while managing inquiries and directing calls efficiently
  • Assist with personal assistant duties such as scheduling appointments and managing calendars for staff members
  • Ensure smooth communication across departments by utilizing Google Workspace and Microsoft Office tools effectively

Experience

  • Proven office experience with strong administrative skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with office management software including QuickBooks, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Workspace
  • Experience handling front desk responsibilities, multi-line phone systems, and customer support roles
  • Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively
  • Prior clerical experience involving data entry, filing, proofreading, and calendar management is preferred
  • Knowledge of medical or dental receptionist duties or personal assistant experience is a plus
  • Demonstrated organizational skills with excellent time management and attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
