We’re looking for a hands-on Office Manager who can manage scheduling, coordinate crews, handle customer communication, and keep daily operations running smoothly. You’ll be the command center between customers, movers, and leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily moving schedules, crews, and logistics
  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries quickly and professionally
  • Prepare estimates, invoices, and job documentation
  • Manage calendars, bookings, and follow-ups with clients
  • Communicate with moving crews to ensure smooth job execution
  • Maintain organized records of jobs, customers, and payments
  • Assist with hiring coordination and onboarding new team members
  • Identify problems before they happen—and fix them fast

Qualifications

  • 2+ years in office management, dispatching, or administrative roles
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Comfortable handling high call volume and fast-moving schedules
  • Tech-savvy (Google Workspace, CRM systems, scheduling tools)
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and solve problems on the fly

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Experience in moving, logistics, or service-based industries
  • Dispatch or scheduling experience
  • Basic bookkeeping or invoicing knowledge
