We’re looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Office Manager to lead the daily operations of our workplace. This role is central to creating a smooth, efficient, and positive environment for our team. You’ll oversee administrative systems, support HR and finance functions, and manage facilities — ensuring everything runs like clockwork.


What You’ll Be Responsible For


Office Administration

  • Coordinate daily office operations and implement systems to improve efficiency
  • Manage supplies, equipment, vendors, and inventory
  • Handle correspondence, filing systems, and travel arrangements
  • Schedule meetings, maintain calendars, and support internal communications
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards


Finance & Budgeting

  • Track office budgets, expenses, payroll, and invoicing
  • Prepare financial reports and maintain accurate records


HR & People Support

  • Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and induction programs
  • Address employee queries and maintain personnel records
  • Help organize team-building activities and support a positive culture


Facilities & Workplace Management

  • Oversee office maintenance, repairs, and layout planning
  • Liaise with contractors and building management
  • Manage office security systems and protocols


What You Bring

  • Proven experience as an Office Manager, Admin Manager, or Executive Assistant
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and office management tools
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
  • Financial acumen and discretion with confidential information
