Office Manager / Administrative Assistant

The Role: Be the "Glue" of Our Growing Business Freshwater Landscaping is scaling fast, and we need a sharp, proactive Office Manager to take the reins of our back-office operations. We aren’t looking for a "box-ticked"—we need someone who picks things up fast, doesn’t need hand-holding, and wants to eventually become the backbone of our administrative team.

As the primary point of contact for our clients, you’ll be the voice of the company, ensuring every lead is captured and every job is scheduled with precision. Your goal is to keep the office running like a well-oiled machine so ownership can focus on sales and growth.

What You’ll Do:

• Command Center: Answer inbound calls and respond to emails with speed and professional flair.
• Quoting & Sales Support: Prepare and send out small service quotes to prospective clients.
• Scheduling: Manage our service calendar and coordinate crews using Jobber (we’ll train you, but you need to be tech-literate).
• Payroll: Ensure the team is taken care of by coordinating weekly payroll through Gusto.
• Client Concierge: Handle all client communications, ensuring they have a premium experience from first call to final invoice.
• Office Operations: Manage general admin tasks and keep the "digital office" organized.

Requirements:

• Reliable transportation to the Wayzata/West Metro area.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Nice to Have: Prior experience with Jobber, Gusto, or working within a service-based/contractor business.

Pay: $23.59 - $30.82 per hour
