Position Title: Office Manager / Administrative Specialist
Location: Jubail, Saudi Arabia
Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
Experience: 0–5 years
Monthly Salary Package: 8,000 SAR

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic preferred)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office management software
  • Ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Basic understanding of budget tracking, vendor management, and office procurement
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with teams

Language Requirements: English (Arabic preferred)

Responsibilities:

  • Support daily office operations and administrative tasks
  • Assist in managing schedules, meetings, and internal communications
  • Maintain office systems, records, and documentation
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office needs
  • Help prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence for management
  • Ensure smooth workflow and support staff with administrative requirements
  • Contribute to maintaining a professional, safe, and organized office environment
