Position Title: Office Manager / Administrative Specialist
Location: Jubail, Saudi Arabia
Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
Experience: 0–5 years
Monthly Salary Package: 8,000 SAR
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office management software
- Ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Basic understanding of budget tracking, vendor management, and office procurement
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with teams
Language Requirements: English (Arabic preferred)
Responsibilities:
- Support daily office operations and administrative tasks
- Assist in managing schedules, meetings, and internal communications
- Maintain office systems, records, and documentation
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office needs
- Help prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence for management
- Ensure smooth workflow and support staff with administrative requirements
- Contribute to maintaining a professional, safe, and organized office environment
