- Oversee calendar management and scheduling for team meetings, appointments, and personal assistant tasks using Google Workspace and Microsoft Office tools
- Perform data entry, filing, and bookkeeping using QuickBooks and other office management software to maintain accurate records
- Coordinate office supplies procurement, inventory management, and filing systems to ensure operational efficiency
- Assist with clerical tasks such as proofreading documents, preparing reports, and managing correspondence
- Support office management activities by organizing events, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a welcoming environment
- Provide bilingual support for diverse clients and team members to enhance communication and service quality
Skills
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and Google Workspace for efficient daily operations
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent computer literacy including data entry, typing speed, and familiarity with multi-line phone systems
- Exceptional customer service skills with professional phone etiquette and courteous communication
- Experience in office management, clerical support, bookkeeping, and administrative functions
- Bilingual abilities to communicate fluently in English and another language preferred
- Demonstrated time management skills with the ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously
- Personal assistant experience or background in office experience highly desirable
