Office Manager / Bookkeeper

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Office Manager / Bookkeeper to join our team! Responsibilities

  • Manage daily office operations, including front desk duties, greeting visitors, and maintaining a welcoming environment
  • Handle multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing exceptional customer service and support
  • Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and other accounting software, including data entry and bookkeeping tasks
  • Oversee calendar management, scheduling appointments, meetings, and coordinating personal assistant tasks as needed
  • Perform clerical duties such as filing, proofreading documents, and managing correspondence efficiently
  • Support administrative functions like organizing files, managing office supplies, and ensuring office equipment is in good working order
  • Provide excellent customer support through phone etiquette, responding promptly to inquiries, and assisting clients or visitors with their needs

Experience

Experience with filling various taxes documents and women own business paperwork

  • Proven office management experience with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Prior bookkeeping experience utilizing QuickBooks or similar accounting software
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools
  • Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively
  • Experience in clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, proofreading, and calendar management
  • Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and professional phone etiquette in a busy office environment
  • Previous roles as a dental or medical receptionist or personal assistant are advantageous but not required

Pay: $22.00 - $28.50 per hour
