Position Title: Office Manager Specialist (Administrative Assistant)
Location: Jubail, Saudi Arabia
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field
Experience: 1–5 years
Monthly Salary Package: 7,500 – 9,000 SAR

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • High level of responsibility and trustworthiness
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills

Language Requirements: English (Arabic preferred)

Responsibilities:

  • Arrange meetings, calls, and appointments for management
  • Draft and send professional emails, letters, and presentations
  • Prepare meeting minutes and follow up on assigned action items
  • Maintain and organize records, files, and documentation
  • Communicate effectively with other departments or teams on behalf of management
  • Handle sensitive information and confidential documents appropriately
  • Support daily administrative and operational activities to ensure smooth workflow
