Office Manager/Administrator entry level

Office Manager/Administrator Job description:

We are an international company with offices in Duabi and looking for a skilled and talented office administrator, with strong communication and computer skills.

Applicant must have the minimum following skills:

  • Proficiency in English with strong writing and verbal communication skills. Ability to speak and write Arabic is a plus.
  • Proficiency in computer usage, email, offices applications specifically Excel.
  • Good understanding of accounting and some background in accounting software.
  • Must be very organized and able to schedule and prioritize tasks.
  • Team player and have the ability to work with others, schedule tasks and assign work to others.
  • Self motivated and can work unsupervised.
  • Committed and will follow up with tasks until they are accomplished and resolved.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
