Office Manager/Bookkeeper

JOB DESCRIPTION

Manufacturing Company is seeking an Officer Manager/Bookkeeper PART TIME. We are a family owned and operated Manufacturing Company that operates out of Warren, NJ.

DUTIES INCLUDE:

Accounting (bank reconciliations)

Accounts Payable and Receivable

Quickbooks

Email Correspondence

Invoicing

IMPORTANT SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:

Manage and implement accounting. Typical order entry of manufacturing parts being shipped to customers. Knowledge of Quickbooks. Willing to train the candidate with basic bookkeeping skills. Good typing and communication skills. Someone who can problem solve and works well on their own. Ability to multi task.

PART TIME - approximately 2 hours per day, 8 - 10 hours per week
