Responsibilities
- Greet visitors warmly and professionally, managing front desk operations with excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Answer and direct multi-line phone systems efficiently, ensuring clear communication at all times
- Manage calendar appointments, schedule meetings, and coordinate conference room bookings using productivity software and calendar management tools
- Perform data entry tasks accurately using spreadsheets, Word processing, and other Microsoft Office applications
- Handle clerical duties such as filing, proofreading documents, and maintaining organized office records
- Support office management tasks including supply inventory, mail distribution, and basic troubleshooting of office equipment
- Provide administrative assistance to team members as needed, acting as a personal assistant when required
Requirements
- Proven office experience with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Eaglesoft
- Excellent computer literacy and technical proficiency in office productivity software
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus
- Strong communication skills with professional phone etiquette and customer support experience
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high productivity levels
- Prior front desk or medical receptionist experience is advantageous but not mandatory
- Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
