Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Office Manager to manage daily administrative operations of our infrastructure firm. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth office functioning, coordination across departments, and effective administrative control.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage overall office administration and day-to-day operations
- Coordinate with project teams, accounts, HR, vendors, and management
- Maintain office records, files, and statutory documentation
- Handle attendance, leave management, and basic HR coordination
- Manage office inventory, assets, and vendor coordination
- Prepare MIS reports, documentation, and management reports
- Ensure implementation of company policies and office discipline
- Coordinate meetings, official correspondence, and travel arrangements
- Act as a point of contact for internal and external communication
- Supervise housekeeping, security, and support staff
Required Skills & Experience
- 10–15 years of relevant experience in office administration
- Prior experience in infrastructure/construction industry preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office, email communication, and documentation
- Strong coordination, multitasking, and leadership abilities
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
Educational Qualification
- Graduation in any discipline (Post-graduation will be an advantage)
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Age between 40–45 years
- Mature, disciplined, and process-driven professional
- Ability to work independently and handle responsibilities efficiently
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: Up to 35,000 per month
