Office Secretary

We are looking for a female secretary to join our team at the Dubai Head Office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily office operations, including filing, scanning, photocopying, and managing incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Answer, screen, and forward phone calls; respond to emails, and manage correspondence.
  • Organize meetings, maintain calendars, and arrange travel logistics.
  • Update databases, maintain confidential files, and perform basic bookkeeping tasks.
  • Greet visitors, clients, and guests, serving as the organization's representative.
  • Order and maintain office supplies and equipment.

Required Skills and Qualifications·

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.·
  • Strong multitasking, time management, and prioritization skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office equipment.· Ability to interact professionally with staff and clients.·
  • Prior experience in administration or clerical roles is preferred.
