SECRETARY

Location: Qatar
Department: Administration
Reporting To: General Manager / Department Head
Employment Type: Full-Time

Role Overview

We are looking for a professional and well-organized Secretary to provide high-level administrative support to management and ensure smooth day-to-day office operations. The ideal candidate must be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling confidential matters with discretion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules
  • Prepare official correspondence, reports, and presentations
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and internal/external communications
  • Maintain proper filing systems (physical & electronic)
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and meeting logistics
  • Record meeting minutes and follow up on action items
  • Assist in documentation for HR, Finance, and Projects as required
  • Monitor office supplies and coordinate procurement
  • Maintain confidentiality of company and management information
  • Support management with administrative tasks as assigned
