Office Secretary – Green Innovations (under Atlas Remodeling)
Location: Hollywood, FL
Job Type: Full-Time (Monday–Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM)
Salary: $4,000/month

About Us

Green Innovations operates under Atlas Remodeling LLC and is the brand for this position. Atlas Remodeling LLC is a growing construction company with multiple remodeling and home improvement businesses operating across Florida.

In this role, you will represent the company, speaking directly with homeowners about energy and home improvement solutions, setting appointments, and converting leads in a performance-driven sales environment.

This role is ideal for motivated sales professionals who enjoy outbound calling, relationship-building, and closing opportunities over the phone.

What You’ll Do

  • Answer calls and emails professionally (customer service focused).
  • Manage office documents and perform data entry.
  • Schedule meetings and maintain calendars.
  • Assist with reports, presentations, and day-to-day office tasks.
  • Keep the office organized and support daily operations.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience as an office secretary or similar role.
  • Strong organization and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with CRM systems for managing client records and follow-ups.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • A positive, proactive, and team-oriented attitude.
  • Customer service experience is required.
