Office showroom Sales Executive- Female Preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and attend to walk-in customers at the showroom.
• Understand customer needs and suggest suitable products.
• Explain product features, quality, and benefits effectively.
• Prepare and issue quotations and invoices.
• Coordinate with the store for stock availability and dispatch.
• Maintain proper display and cleanliness of the showroom.
• Follow up with prospective customers for closing sales.
• Handle customer complaints and escalate if required.
• Maintain daily sales records and report to the Showroom Manager/GM.
• Achieve individual and showroom sales targets.

Requirements:

• Qualification: Minimum +2 / Diploma / Graduate.
• Experience: 1–2 years in showroom sales preferred (building materials or similar products).
• Skills: Good communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills.
• Basic computer knowledge for billing and quotation preparation.
