We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Office Supervisor to manage our day-to-day operations and project management activities. The role involves overseeing multiple teams, ensuring client satisfaction, and maintaining smooth workflows across departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Management
- Oversee and manage complete project workflows from initiation to completion.
- Coordinate with different teams to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met.
- Track progress in CMS/ERP system and generate regular project reports.
- Office Operations
- Supervise all office activities and ensure smooth daily operations.
- Monitor administrative tasks, office documentation, and compliance requirements.
- Client Support & Relationship Management
- Act as the point of contact for client queries and concerns.
- Ensure timely updates, reports, and support services for clients.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication.
- Team Management
- Lead and support the PRO Services Team, ensuring government transactions are processed efficiently.
- Manage the Typing Team for document preparation, legal forms, and government submissions.
- Provide training, guidance, and performance evaluations to staff.
- Coordination & Reporting
- Liaise with management to align office goals with company objectives.
- Prepare and present weekly/monthly office performance and project status reports.
Requirements
- Proven experience as Office Supervisor / Project Coordinator / Operations Lead.
- Strong knowledge of UAE Government processes, PRO services, and document typing workflows.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office, ERP/CMS systems, and reporting tools.
- Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage).
