We are looking for a proactive and experienced Floor Supervisor to join our growing Domestic Helper Company. The ideal candidate will oversee the day-to-day operations of both our office and accommodation facilities, ensuring efficient operations, a professional work environment, and high service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the daily operations of the office and accommodation facilities.
- Ensure the office, common areas, and accommodation are clean, organized, safe, and well-maintained.
- Coordinate and oversee domestic helpers' schedules, attendance, and daily routines.
- Monitor staff performance and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain office supplies and coordinate facility maintenance and repairs when required.
- Handle day-to-day operational issues and resolve employee concerns professionally.
- Conduct routine inspections and prepare operational reports.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Support management with administrative and operational tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Floor Supervisor, Office Supervisor, Housekeeping Supervisor, or in a similar supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Good organizational, administrative, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- UAE experience is an advantage.
