Office support/Service Coordinator

Job Overview
We are looking for a sharp, dependable, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Office Support/Service Coordinator.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is quick to learn, and knows how to listen carefully to customers and translate their needs into clear, actionable work orders for our technicians.

Responsibilities

  • Answer phones and assist customers with service requests
  • Listen and gather accurate information about customer needs
  • Create clear and organized work orders for technicians
  • Coordinate communication between customers and service team
  • Handle basic office tasks and data entry
