M Diesel Services isn’t for everyone—and that’s intentional.

We’re a growing, family-owned diesel and automotive repair shop in the PNW, built on 18+ years of real-world experience. The owner is in the shop every day, working alongside the team—not behind a desk.

On the office side, our business is currently managed through a hands-on approach by Lizbeth (Owner/Operator)—handling everything from customer service to accounting. As we continue to grow, we are now looking for the right person to step in, take position of the office role, and grow with us into a key leadership position.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Communicates clearly and professionally
  • Is highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Takes responsibility and follows through
  • Enjoys helping customers and solving problems
  • Wants a long-term role, not just a job
  • Is experienced with QuickBooks and other accounting software
  • Understands P&L (profit & loss) basics
  • Has experience with AP/AR (accounts payable/receivable)
  • Above all—values honesty and integrity
  • Bonus: experience working in an automotive or diesel shop environment
