Job Description:
We are seeking a polite, well-organized, and service-oriented Office Waitress to support daily hospitality operations within our office. The ideal candidate will provide courteous assistance to guests, management, and staff by ensuring a clean, welcoming, and efficient office environment.
Responsibilities:
- Serve beverages, snacks, and meals to staff, visitors, and management as required.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of pantry, meeting rooms, and refreshment areas.
- Prepare and arrange tea, coffee, and refreshments during meetings or events.
- Ensure pantry supplies are stocked and notify Admin/Procurement for replenishment.
- Support front office or admin staff during events and client visits.
- Follow hygiene and food safety standards at all times.
- Assist with light cleaning, table setup, and general office hospitality duties.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Waitress, Office Attendant, or Pantry Staff (UAE experience preferred).
- Friendly personality with good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Neat, presentable, and professional appearance.
- Ability to multitask and maintain cleanliness under minimal supervision.
- Basic English communication skills (additional languages are a plus).
- Flexibility to assist during meetings or extended office hours when needed.
