Seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Office Administrator cum Accountant.

Preferred Key skills:

  • Proficiency in accounting software (Google sheets, MS Excel)
  • Handling accounts payable and receivable
  • Preparing financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow)
  • Bank reconciliation and ledger maintenance
  • Managing petty cash and daily cash flow records
  • Assisting with budget preparation and expense control
  • Tax compliance – GST/VAT, TDS, income tax filing support
  • Payroll processing and employee reimbursements
  • Coordinating with auditors for year-end closing
  • Office coordination and general administration
  • Maintaining employee records, attendance, and leave registers
  • Managing procurement and vendor relationships
  • Overseeing office maintenance and supplies
  • Scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Handling communication with clients, banks, and government offices
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Social media handling skill is a plus point.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹7,500.00 - ₹12,500.00 per month
