We are looking for an Office+Personal Assistant that supports daily office operations by performing administrative, clerical, and organizational tasks. Also he must also have experience in Business Research.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage office tasks i.e purchasing new equipment/supplies, Market inquiries, getting quotations.
Repair & Maintenance of office assets.
Maintain files, documents, and office records.
Managing and keeping records of petty cash.
Support HR meetings, scheduling, and basic administrative tasks.
Banks related tasks i.e inquiries regarding remittances.
Assist staff in routine office work as needed.
All tasks provided by the Director regarding Personal Assistance.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
