Receptionist - Night Shift

Smart Brains BPO, a dynamic and growth-oriented organization, is seeking a Receptionist to join our professional team. The ideal candidate will be presentable, confident, and fluent in English, serving as the first point of contact for clients and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage front desk operations and ensure a welcoming environment.
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional manner.
• Provide administrative and clerical support to management and staff.
• Maintain an organized and professional reception area.
• Assist with scheduling, coordination, and general office support.

Candidate Requirements:

• Female candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.

• Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, but not mandatory.
